EPC - Field Compression Facility Expansion

A component of Westside Corporation's continuing coal seam gas development includes modification of existing gas compression facilities. Wasco worked with Westside to add an additional gas engine driven rotary screw compressor at an existing field compression facility. The project featured piping and control system additions and modifications as well as Waukesha / Ariel equipment installation and commissioning assistance.

Coal Seam Gas – EPC delivery Central Queensland

Through 2016 and 2017 Wasco has delivered over 30 gas well connections for Westside Corporation at it's Meridian Seam Gas development near Moura, Central Queensland. Wasco provides EPC services including well pad layout, gathering pipelines and associated infrastructure design, supply and construction services. Services include placement and commissioning of well site equipment as well as buried infrastructure.

Supply & installation of 30 well CSG Gathering System - Surat Basin

During 2017 Wasco completed supply and installation of over 70km PE100 Gas and Water Gathering for Senex Energy in the western Surat Basin as part of it’s ongoing development of coal seam gas fields. Pipe sizes from 63mm to 500mm were installed along with vents, drains, risers, branches and well hook ups. The project was supported by Wasco Roma fabrication facility where all inline fabricated items were prepared.

Kincora Gas Project – Restart 2017

Wasco has provided engineering and multi-disciplined trades and labour to plan and implement the restart of the Kincora Gas Project assets for Armour Energy near Surat, Qld. The project involved up to 40 personnel and included inspection, repair, refurbishment, testing and operation of gas wells, pipelines, dehydration, compression and liquids processing to conclude with production of sales gas for export to Wallumbilla during September 2017 and LPG later in the year. Toowoomba Steel Main Relocations

In June 2017 Wasco installed 1700m of DN150 and DN100 steel gas pipeline in three sections at Boundary St and Mort St in Toowoomba as a part of Toowoomba Regional Councils road modifications associated with the second range crossing. Wasco installed and tested 3LPE X42 steel pipeline including several difficult HDD crossings and multi-service utility corridors.

Central Petroleum Mereenie Field Services

In October 2017 Wasco mobilised a small crew to Mereenie in the Northern Territory to complete installation of a Wasco designed and fabricated pipeline bridge as part of the EM20 flowline modifications project. The project also included relocation of 700m of DN80 pipeline, installation of 160m new DN80 steel pipeline and modifications to piping at several above ground facilities.
