Provide a Custody Transfer Station (CTS) at BMS for connection of the EGP. To facilitate gas supply from the EGP to BMS, a gas transmission system shall be designed between the EGP and a tie-in point to the customer’s lateral pipeline, located under the BMS fence. The gas transmission system shall be capable of supplying a maximum of 42 TJ/d of natural gas.
